Effective Date: 26 September 2026
Servingo, a platform operated by Logizo India LLP, allows customers to book on-demand services through its digital platform. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable when a customer or service partner cancels a service request.
Customers may cancel a service request through the Servingo platform, subject to the applicable cancellation terms.
If a customer cancels a booking before the service partner accepts the request, the booking may generally be cancelled without a cancellation charge, subject to any applicable platform or payment-processing terms.
If a customer cancels after a service partner has accepted the request, a cancellation charge may apply depending on the service category, booking status, distance travelled, or other applicable circumstances.
If the service partner has reached the customer's location, cancellation may result in applicable charges for travel, visit, inspection, or other services already performed.
Once the service has commenced, cancellation may not be permitted in certain service categories. Any applicable refund or charge will be determined based on the nature and stage of the service.
Service partners are expected to accept service requests responsibly and complete accepted bookings.
A service partner may cancel a booking in circumstances such as:
Customer is unavailable at the service location.
Service requirements are materially different from the booking details.
Safety or accessibility concerns prevent service completion.
Technical or operational circumstances make the service impossible to perform.
Other genuine circumstances accepted by Servingo.
Repeated, unreasonable, or avoidable cancellations may result in account review or other appropriate action in accordance with Servingo's platform policies.
If a service partner reaches the designated location but the customer is unavailable or cannot provide access required to perform the service, the booking may be treated as a customer-side cancellation or unsuccessful service visit.
Applicable visit, travel, or cancellation charges may be deducted or collected where permitted.
Where a refund is applicable, the refund amount will depend on the reason for cancellation, the stage at which the booking was cancelled, and any applicable charges.
Eligible refunds for online payments will generally be processed through the original payment method or through another method supported by Servingo/payment partners.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
If a service partner cancels a confirmed booking and Servingo is unable to arrange a suitable alternative, the customer may be eligible for a refund of any amount paid for the cancelled service, subject to applicable terms.
Servingo may also assist the customer in finding an alternative service professional where available.
Servingo may cancel or suspend a booking due to circumstances including:
Service unavailability
Technical or platform issues
Incorrect or incomplete booking information
Service-area limitations
Safety or compliance concerns
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
Force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control
Where applicable, eligible payments for cancelled services will be refunded in accordance with the applicable refund terms.
A booking may be considered a no-show if the customer is unavailable at the confirmed location or fails to provide reasonable access necessary for the service.
Applicable charges may apply where the service partner has already travelled to or arrived at the service location.
Servingo may consider exceptional circumstances, including emergencies, natural disasters, severe service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the customer's or service partner's reasonable control.
Any waiver or refund in such circumstances will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Certain services may have additional cancellation conditions based on their nature, duration, materials, technician allocation, advance preparation, or other requirements.
Where applicable, such terms will be communicated to the customer before or during the booking process.
A request to change the date, time, location, service category, or service requirements may be treated as a cancellation and new booking where the requested change cannot be accommodated.
Additional charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
For cancellation-related concerns, customers or service partners may contact Servingo through the support channels provided on the platform.
Each request may be reviewed based on the booking details, cancellation time, service status, communication records, and other relevant information.
Servingo reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, operations, technology, or applicable requirements.
Any updated policy will be made available through the Servingo platform.
